Khalfa

Psychologist and EMDR therapist trained in IFS, Ericksonian hypnosis, and neurofeedback; co-creator of the MOSAIC method in 2019.

 

Stéphanie Khalfa completed her PhD in neuroscience at Claude Bernard University (Lyon 1), followed by a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Montreal. For the past 13 years, she has been engaged in research at the CNRS on the brain mechanisms underlying the effectiveness of EMDR therapy in post-traumatic stress disorder. Her research was recognized with the David Servan-Schreiber Prize in 2019.

She is also a psychologist with a degree from Aix-Marseille University and an EMDR therapist, trained in Nonviolent Communication (NVC), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Ericksonian hypnosis, and neurofeedback.

The results of her research led her to co-create MOSAIC therapy (Eye Movements and Alternating Stimulation for Brain Integration) in 2019. Stéphanie offers training in MOSAIC therapy and teaches the method at Aix-Marseille University, the University of Paris Saclay, and the University of Nice Sophia-Antipolis.
