Euphrasia Nyaki
Psychothérapeute holistique qui combine Somatic Experiencing® et constellations familiales, spécialisée dans la guérison des traumatismes.
Euphrasia (Efu) Nyaki est originaire de Tanzanie, où elle a obtenu une licence en sciences et s’est formée en tant qu’enseignante avant de se spécialiser dans des méthodes de guérison holistiques. Elle est membre du corps professoral de Somatic Experiencing®, une méthode fondée par le Dr Peter Levine, et professeure en thérapie des constellations familiales, formée par l’Institut Hellinger.
Installée au Brésil depuis plus de 30 ans, Efu anime des formations et propose des thérapies holistiques pour la guérison des traumatismes en combinant la Somatic Experiencing® et les constellations familiales. Son travail l’a également menée à beaucoup voyager notamment en Inde, en Égypte, en Chine, en Suède, au Pérou et dans plusieurs pays d’Europe et d’Amérique latine, pour partager ses connaissances et animer des formations et ateliers.
Depuis la pandémie, Efu a intensifié sa présence en ligne, proposant des formations internationales, des webinaires, des conférences, des podcasts et des consultations individuelles en ligne pour toucher un public mondial.
Co-fondatrice du centre AFYA: Holistic Healing Center dans le nord-est du Brésil, Efu joue un rôle clé dans le soutien et la guérison des communautés locales et internationales. Elle est également l’autrice du livre Trauma Healing Using Family Constellation System Therapy and Somatic Experiencing®, disponible sur Amazon.
Euphrasia (Efu) Nyaki was born and raised in Tanzania where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree, trained as a science teacher, and later was trained as a healer using holistic methods. Efu is a Faculty Member of Somatic Experiencing®, a method founded by Dr Peter Levine, and a Professor of Family Constellations Systems Therapy with the Hellinger Institute. In the last 31 years Efu has been living in Brazil facilitating training and Holistic therapy for trauma healing using Somatic Experiencing® and Family Constellations Systems Therapy. While living in Brazil, Efu has also been traveling to different countries, including India, Egypt, South Korea, China, Bolivia, Peru, Spain, Uruguay, Tanzania, Philippines, Sweden, Portugal, Spain and Hong Kong, facilitating training and workshops. Since the Covid-19 pandemic, Efu has been delivering training internationally, as well as facilitating workshops, and speaking at conferences and on webinars and podcasts, and offering individual therapy sessions and case consults online. Efu is a co- founder of AFYA: Holistic Healing Center located in the northeast of Brazil. AFYA supports many people, both from the local community and from abroad, who approach the center to receive support and healing.
