Dr. Peter Staats specializes in interventional pain medicine. He is the founder of the Division of Pain Medicine at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, and the co-founder of The Vagus Nerve Society. Dr. Staats is the author of over five hundred articles, abstracts and book chapters regarding pain management and neuromodulation. He has written or co-edited 14 books on the science and clinical practice of interventional pain medicine, with a focus on the vagus nerve
