Bristow
Specialist in social identity issues; facilitates workshops on power, privilege, and bias.
Jaï Bristow is a multiracial, queer, and disabled person who has been facilitating groups, events, and workshops on social identity and cultural awareness since 2016. They created the podcast and YouTube channel Beyond Boxes, which explores issues surrounding labels and identity.
Jaï has been co-facilitating international summits on trauma and related topics since 2021 and offers online and in-person workshops on power, privilege, and bias, with the goal of raising awareness and liberating people from oppressive structures, both in society and within themselves. Their work draws on their own life experiences, as well as tools from mindfulness, NVC, and trauma healing.
Jaï has practiced meditation since childhood and has followed the spiritual path of the Diamond Approach since 2016, which focuses on mindful speech and combines mindfulness with modern psychology. Jaï has also trained in Nonviolent Communication (NVC).
