Clinical psychologist trained in hypnosis, EMDR, brief therapy, and EFT, works as a psychotherapist.
Evelyne Josse is a clinical psychologist and lecturer at the University of Lorraine (Metz), trained in hypnosis, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), brief therapy, and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques). She practices as a psychotherapist and is also a supervisor of psychotherapists and a trainer in psychotraumatology at the French Institute of EMDR, the University of Lorraine, and the University of Brussels (ULB) for the Inter-University Diploma (DIU) in EMDR and psychotraumatology, as well as at the ULB for the Inter-University Certificate in Victimology and Psychotraumatology. She established a European inter-university certificate in hypnosis at the ULB and the University of Metz, as well as the first university certificate in EMDR in Belgium at the ULB. She also teaches hypnosis in Belgium and France at various institutes.
She has published Le pouvoir des histoires thérapeutiques, Le traumatisme psychique chez le nourrisson, l’enfant et l’adolescent, Le traumatisme psychique chez l’adulte, (with V. Dubois), and Interventions en santé mentale dans les violences de masse (with J.-C. Maes).
