Together, let’s move toward greater safety
Together, let’s move toward greater safety
Trauma, psychological trauma, psychotrauma: these are all terms for what has become a major public health issue.
Trauma is part of our life stories, our attachment bonds, our families, our communities, and even our institutions. It upsets us, makes us feel insecure, challenges us, and often prevents us from living and being fully ourselves. And because it affects both the mind and body, as well as our sense of safety and our ability to relate to others, trauma isolates us. Yet one thing is certain: we cannot heal from trauma all alone.
The Trauma, Attach(e)ment & Resilience Summit is an invitation to break out of the isolation of trauma by coming together to listen, discover, and learn; by letting the presence of others (even online) do its silent work of co-regulation and remind us that we are not alone.
Designed as a true learning journey, the Summit brings together 34 internationally renowned experts to explore challenging topics in a readily accessible way, thanks to our guest speakers’ skills. Our aim is to provide practical keys to further our understanding of trauma, learn to provide the most helpful support, and move toward greater resilience and healing.
Since 2020, more than 200,000 people have chosen to participate in our Summits. This year, let’s be part of this collective journey together: tools, material, practices, encounters, and that highly supportive feeling of not being alone in the face of trauma.
One step at a time, one encounter at a time, towards a safer world: let’s go together!
70% of people worldwide have been exposed to at least one traumatic event: together, let’s pave the way for a more empathetic and resilient world.

High-quality image and sound production for true immersion (not just a simple video call)

A big thank you for the quality of each of the presentations, thank you for maintaining ethical standards that are so often flouted in the world of “personal development”, potentially causing so much “harm.” It feels so good to learn, to be informed, and to share our enthusiasm for fascinating topics that concern us all, without any undesirable influences creeping in without our knowledge. A big thank you for the quality of your event and also for making it free for those who need it most. Well done!

Thank you so much to the interpreters, it’s all so clear and understandable despite the speed at which most of the interviewees, passionate about their subject, speak. And thank you for those soft voices that allow us to keep up the pace too, focused and involved, wherever we are.

Trauma: understanding, identifying, and supporting better
Trauma is no longer a niche topic. It is a public health issue and a societal reality: major international surveys estimate that around 7 out of 10 people will experience at least one potentially traumatic event in their lifetime.
In France, mental health was declared a major national cause for 2025, then renewed for 2026 – a first! This is an important step, provided that it is accompanied by resources, benchmarks, and practices so that we can understand, identify and support better, without simplifying, glossing over, or pathologizing.
This Summit offers a genuine learning journey, both rigorous and accessible, aimed at the general public and mental health professionals alike, with discussions, key insights, practices, and concrete perspectives for moving forward step by step.
Some of the world’s most renowned speakers will discuss a wide range of key topics and approaches, including:

Some of the world’s most renowned speakers will discuss a wide range of key topics and approaches, including:
The nervous system, safety, and co-regulation (Polyvagal Theory and neuroscience)
Parts therapy (Internal Family Systems – IFS)
Attachment Theory and Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE study)
Somatic psychotherapies (such as Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Somatic Experiencing®)
Complex trauma, dissociation, and dissociative identity disorders (identification, understanding, support)
Addictions, risk reduction, and survival strategies
Grief, loss, and integration processes
Collective and contextual trauma: chronic stress, violence, uprooting, eco-anxiety, etc.
What makes the Summit so powerful is also the way in which the talks complement each other with scientific research, case studies, practical tools, guided exercises, clinical feedback, etc.
The idea is not to accumulate information, but to create a path that educates, inspires, and equips; to understand trauma more fully, support others more effectively and safely, and protect oneself over time. This is a summit for everyone who wants depth, coherence, and actionable insights, in a setting that combines high standards with accessibility and that is, above all, deeply human.
Take part in the Summit to discover and share new therapeutic approaches and give trauma survivors a voice.
I’d like to thank all the speakers at this summit. We’re treated with such care, respect, and professionalism, whether it be the talk itself, the translation, or the moderation. It is truly an honor to participate in this summit. Thank you.

It feels good to recontextualize trauma and understanding of the nervous system, to move away from an individualized view of biographical trauma and realize that it also exists on a collective level.

This is really it!!! Thank you so much for putting it into words and explaining it. I’m currently in IFS therapy and what Kathy Steele explains is very, very accurate and requires a lot of patience, compassion, perseverance, and trust in ourselves and our therapist. Because the quality of the trust and connection with the therapist is very important for the success of the therapy.

A Summit for professionals and the general public
A Summit for professionals and the general public
For this sixth edition, the focus is on relationships. As trauma isolates us, we choose to come together as a community. This event puts the essentials back at the center: safety, connection, co-regulation, presence, and the experience of being together, in the face of realities that can sometimes be very difficult to bear.
The Trauma, Attach(e)ment & Resilience Summit, designed as a learning journey, is open to everyone wishing to deepen their understanding, acquire tools, and move towards greater safety and potentially healing:
For all health and care professionals (psychologists, psychotherapists, psychiatrists, doctors, nurses, educators, social workers, medico-social professionals, etc.) who want to enhance their practice, refine their clinical reference points, and better support trauma survivors.
For all curious and committed individuals who wish to further their understanding of the different forms of trauma, attachment wounding, and paths to resilience, both individual and collective.
For individuals who are directly affected (and their loved ones): our talks can help you put words to your experiences, better understand what is happening, and acquire information that may be helpful.
Important: the Summit is not a substitute for medical or psychotherapeutic care. Some content may be sensitive. If you are going through a period of great vulnerability, we encourage you to seek professional help.
PROFESSIONALS, enrich your therapeutic practice with cutting-edge tools and knowledge.
For anyone else wishing to deepen your understanding of trauma and attachment wounds, this is a fine opportunity to do so.
Here’s the full program of this Trauma, Attach(e)ment & Resilience Summit and the guests who’ll be sharing their knowledge and expertise with you.
Please note: this program is provided for informational purposes only and is subject to change (schedules, order of talks, speakers). We invite you to consult the updated program on this page and to check your emails as the Summit approaches and during the event.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this moment! Thanks to you, thousands of people were able to co-create a safe space. You gave us this opportunity, as well as some wonderful talks that I found fascinating even though I’m not a therapist (maybe I’ll change careers one day). It did me a lot of good, helping me to become aware of a blockage in my life that was having a negative impact on all areas of my existence… And above all: creating secure relationships. This summit offers a safe space; what a feeling of peace! I don’t have the words to express everything you’ve given me with this summit. I chose to take a week off work to attend the sessions, and it’s been deeply restorative.

The Summit takes place online on Zoom, so that you can participate from anywhere in the world.
No, the Summit is exclusively online, to promote accessibility and international participation.
Yes, the Summit will be available in English, thanks to simultaneous interpretation provided by our exceptional professional interpreters, Anne-Laure Gex and her team, for any talks not given in English.
Since 2025, the Summit has expanded its reach by becoming multilingual. Last year, thanks to the involvement of our European partners who already work with the Polyvagal Institute, we included interpreting in German and Polish. And now, in 2026, we’re including Italian, Spanish and Romanian as well, in addition to English and French.
We are deeply honored to see this event crossing new linguistic boundaries, reminding us of the mission we have been pursuing since 2016: to make the teachings of inspiring individuals accessible to all.
Yes, you can ask the speakers questions via the Zoom chat, and some questions will be asked live.
Unfortunately, due to time constraints, it is not possible to ask all the questions received. Please do not take it personally if your question is not selected.
Yes, all Summit participants (whether live or via Replay Packs) can access a dedicated Facebook group, where you can ask questions and interact with the community.
Many people are unaware that trauma has hindered their development and affects their ability to live life to the fullest. They are not consciously aware that they are survivors of unresolved trauma, held in the body and psyche. Many people know they have had trauma, but they haven’t found a way to link it to their symptoms and/or to find ways to heal.
Do you sometimes feel that the past still influences your present or that you repeat the same patterns without knowing why? Do you experience strong emotions that arise suddenly, such as sadness, anger, or fear, for no apparent reason? Do you ever feel stuck or sabotage yourself? Do you stress about everything or procrastinate?
All these situations often have one thing in common: physical or psychological trauma or attachment wounds.
Sexual, physical and/or emotional abuse, neglect, abandonment, war, horrific attacks, ecological disasters, torture, maltreatment, sudden confrontations with death, racism, extreme poverty, etc. These are all examples of traumatic events that may date back to childhood, have been experienced in adulthood, or have been inherited from our ancestors.
Openly addressing attachment wounds and trauma, without taboos and with kindness, can help people understand that their suffering is the result of trauma, neglect, violence, or shock experienced in early childhood, as adults, inherited from their parents, or on a community or societal level.
The Summit offers tools to identify and treat trauma, thereby contributing to healing and resilience. The approaches and techniques presented are numerous, encouraging a holistic approach to trauma (from the psyche to the body to life history).
You can purchase Replay Packs to access recordings of the talks at your convenience.

Emilie A huge thank you for this high-quality summit, with rich, innovative content and a lot of humanity and love! Thank you to the entire Quantum Way team, thank you Florence and the speakers for their generosity, thank you for the top-notch technology. I have more free time this year to attend more of the talks, which has allowed me to receive a lot, thank you. It broadens my perspective as a coach and reinforces my commitment to the therapeutic relationship, to the heart-to-heart, human-to-human alliance.

Elisabeth A huge thank you to Quantum Way and to all the speakers who participated in this incredible summit! These talks inspire us day after day, hour after hour, and all these approaches that we have the opportunity to discover resonate within us as hopes for healing trauma, whatever it may be. I’m immensely grateful as a therapist, of course, but also and above all as a human being.

Océane I’m an art therapist in France, and it’s difficult to get people to accept this approach, which is still little known. There’s still a lot of resistance, due to a lack of resources and a certain closed-mindedness. Yet its usefulness is undeniable. You have accurately expressed the importance of creativity, movement, and the life force. Thank you for your contributions and for helping, directly or indirectly, to raise awareness of this essential discipline in supporting patients who are suffering. This conference was magical, inspiring, and intellectually and emotionally enriching. Thank you for this valuable sharing!
