TRAUMA

ATTACH(E)MENT

& RESILIENCE

2026

March 18 to April 1, 2026

Two weeks to further your understanding, learn new tools, and regulate your nervous system

Two weeks to further your understanding, learn new tools, and regulate your nervous system

A co-regulatory experience:
learning and integrating… together

Trauma, psychological trauma, psychotrauma: these are all terms for what has become a major public health issue.

Trauma is part of our life stories, our attachment bonds, our families, our communities, and even our institutions. It upsets us, makes us feel insecure, challenges us, and often prevents us from living and being fully ourselves. And because it affects both the mind and body, as well as our sense of safety and our ability to relate to others, trauma isolates us. Yet one thing is certain: we cannot heal from trauma all alone.

The Trauma, Attach(e)ment & Resilience Summit is an invitation to break out of the isolation of trauma by coming together to listen, discover, and learn; by letting the presence of others (even online) do its silent work of co-regulation and remind us that we are not alone.

Designed as a true learning journey, the Summit brings together 34 internationally renowned experts to explore challenging topics in a readily accessible way, thanks to our guest speakers’ skills. Our aim is to provide practical keys to further our understanding of trauma, learn to provide the most helpful support, and move toward greater resilience and healing.

Since 2020, more than 200,000 people have chosen to participate in our Summits. This year, let’s be part of this collective journey together: tools, material, practices, encounters, and that highly supportive feeling of not being alone in the face of trauma.

Trauma: understanding, identifying, and supporting better

Trauma is no longer a niche topic. It is a public health issue and a societal reality: major international surveys estimate that around 7 out of 10 people will experience at least one potentially traumatic event in their lifetime.

In France, mental health was declared a major national cause for 2025, then renewed for 2026 – a first! This is an important step, provided that it is accompanied by resources, benchmarks, and practices so that we can understand, identify and support better, without simplifying, glossing over, or pathologizing.

This Summit offers a genuine learning journey, both rigorous and accessible, aimed at the general public and mental health professionals alike, with discussions, key insights, practices, and concrete perspectives for moving forward step by step.

Some of the world’s most renowned speakers will discuss a wide range of key topics and approaches, including:

Some of the world’s most renowned speakers will discuss a wide range of key topics and approaches, including:

The nervous system, safety, and co-regulation (Polyvagal Theory and neuroscience)

Parts therapy (Internal Family Systems – IFS)

Attachment Theory and Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE study)

Somatic psychotherapies (such as Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Somatic Experiencing®)

Complex trauma, dissociation, and dissociative identity disorders (identification, understanding, support)

Addictions, risk reduction, and survival strategies

Grief, loss, and integration processes

Collective and contextual trauma: chronic stress, violence, uprooting, eco-anxiety, etc.

Stabilization, grounding, integration, and/or prevention practices

and many other topics!

What makes the Summit so powerful is also the way in which the talks complement each other with scientific research, case studies, practical tools, guided exercises, clinical feedback, etc.

The idea is not to accumulate information, but to create a path that educates, inspires, and equips; to understand trauma more fully, support others more effectively and safely, and protect oneself over time. This is a summit for everyone who wants depth, coherence, and actionable insights, in a setting that combines high standards with accessibility and that is, above all, deeply human.

A Summit for professionals and the general public

A Summit for professionals and the general public

For this sixth edition, the focus is on relationships. As trauma isolates us, we choose to come together as a community. This event puts the essentials back at the center: safety, connection, co-regulation, presence, and the experience of being together, in the face of realities that can sometimes be very difficult to bear.

The Trauma, Attach(e)ment & Resilience Summit, designed as a learning journey, is open to everyone wishing to deepen their understanding, acquire tools, and move towards greater safety and potentially healing:

Important: the Summit is not a substitute for medical or psychotherapeutic care. Some content may be sensitive. If you are going through a period of great vulnerability, we encourage you to seek professional help.

PROFESSIONALS,
enrich your therapeutic practice with cutting-edge tools and knowledge.

For anyone else wishing to deepen your understanding of trauma and attachment wounds, this is a fine opportunity to do so.

Here’s the full program of this Trauma, Attach(e)ment & Resilience Summit and the guests who’ll be sharing their knowledge and expertise with you.

And now, in 2026, we’re including Italian, Spanish and Romanian as well, in addition to English and French.

We are deeply honored to see this event crossing new linguistic boundaries, reminding us of the mission we have been pursuing since 2016: to make the teachings of inspiring individuals accessible to all.

Many people are unaware that trauma has hindered their development and affects their ability to live life to the fullest. They are not consciously aware that they are survivors of unresolved trauma, held in the body and psyche. Many people know they have had trauma, but they haven’t found a way to link it to their symptoms and/or to find ways to heal.

Do you sometimes feel that the past still influences your present or that you repeat the same patterns without knowing why? Do you experience strong emotions that arise suddenly, such as sadness, anger, or fear, for no apparent reason? Do you ever feel stuck or sabotage yourself? Do you stress about everything or procrastinate?

All these situations often have one thing in common: physical or psychological trauma or attachment wounds.

Sexual, physical and/or emotional abuse, neglect, abandonment, war, horrific attacks, ecological disasters, torture, maltreatment, sudden confrontations with death, racism, extreme poverty, etc. These are all examples of traumatic events that may date back to childhood, have been experienced in adulthood, or have been inherited from our ancestors.

Openly addressing attachment wounds and trauma, without taboos and with kindness, can help people understand that their suffering is the result of trauma, neglect, violence, or shock experienced in early childhood, as adults, inherited from their parents, or on a community or societal level.

The Summit offers tools to identify and treat trauma, thereby contributing to healing and resilience. The approaches and techniques presented are numerous, encouraging a holistic approach to trauma (from the psyche to the body to life history).
