Professor of statistics and research methods who has devoted the past 30 years to researching spontaneous remissions.
William (Bill) F. Bengston, PhD, Professor of Statistics and Research Methods, is President of The Society for Scientific Exploration, an international group of scientists and researchers studying science at the frontier of established disciplines.
Bill has devoted much of his research to spontaneous remissions for over thirty years. Thanks to the energy healing techniques he helped develop, complete and permanent cures have been achieved in mice with transplanted mammary gland cancers or sarcomas induced by methylcholanthrene. He also studies phenomena related to healing, such as EEG synchronization and anomalies in geomagnetic micropulsations. His recent research focuses on attempting to record the healing process and “store” it in biological and physical systems, in order to reproduce the healing effect without the healer.
His memoirs were published by Sounds True under the title The Energy Cure. He has authored numerous publications in scientific journals and he lectures in North America and Europe.
