Lisa Schwarz holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and is an international psychotherapist and educator, who maintains a private practice in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA. She is the creator of the Comprehensive Resource Model™ (CRM™), a trauma therapy model that views the physiological safety of the brain-body-mind triad as the foundation of healing. She is the lead co-author of The Comprehensive Resource Model™: Effective Therapeutic Techniques for the Healing of Complex Trauma.
For 30 years, Lisa has dedicated herself to creating innovative methods for working with severe dissociative disorders (complex PTSD, DID, BPD), attachment disorders, and prenatal and transgenerational trauma. She has also developed cutting-edge methods for enhancing athletic performance (The Sports Dissociation Model, 2008) and treating military PTSD. Her work bridges neuroscience and multidimensional consciousness in trauma healing, combining traditional psychotherapy, somatic therapy, and ancestral healing methods.
