Researcher focusing on the neurophysiology of mental processes. Author of approximately 100 scientific publications.

 

Aymeric Guillot is a Full Professor of Neuroscience at Claude Bernard Lyon 1 University and an Honorary Member of the Institut Universitaire de France. His research focuses on the neurophysiology of mental processes, motor imagery, performance and recovery of motor functions, sleep, and the consolidation of motor learning. He is the author of approximately one hundred scientific publications and two books: The Neurophysiological Foundations of Mental and Motor Imagery (2010) and « Visualisation en sports de combat : vaincre grâce au mental » – 2012).
